Waitly partners with ABF, Andelsboligforeningernes Fællesrepræsentation, an independent nationwide interest organization that represents the interests of private cooperative housing associations.
ABF represents more than 5,450 member associations as of 2025, corresponding to more than 110,000 households and 200,000 cooperative owners. At the member level, ABF assists the boards of cooperative housing associations with matters such as legal and financial advice and shares knowledge about cooperative housing through courses and webinars. At political level, ABF maintains an ongoing dialogue with the media, politicians, and public officials to promote the cooperative housing model and improve conditions for cooperative housing associations.

Waitly and ABF have entered into a partnership to jointly promote our message and vision of making the cooperative housing market more transparent and accessible through digital waiting lists. At the same time, your association can reduce the administrative burden that waiting lists may create for the board.

Prices for ABF members
As an ABF member, your association can receive a discount on Waitly’s digital waiting list systems.
This means:
You receive a 50% discount on the Standard and Premium subscriptions for as long as your association remains a member of ABF.
Standard subscription for ABF members: DKK 1,500 per year
Regular price: DKK 3,000 per year
Premium subscription for ABF members: DKK 4,000 per year
Regular price: DKK 8,000 per year
Exclusively for ABF members, associations with fewer than 30 registered people can use Waitly free of charge. Normally, the free solution is limited to 20 registrations.
The ongoing costs for each association will vary depending on its requirements, number of transactions, and number of waiting lists.

Who is ABF?
Perhaps you have not heard of ABF before. ABF was founded in 1974, when 69 cooperative housing associations joined forces to protest against a proposed law that they believed would have negative financial consequences for cooperative housing associations.
The proposed law was eventually withdrawn, but the case made it clear to ABF’s founders that an organization was needed to represent the interests of private cooperative housing associations.

A non-profit organization without commercial interests
An association with 5,000 member associations representing more than 100,000 cooperative housing households
In ongoing dialogue with the media, politicians, and public officials about cooperative housing and follows media coverage of the sector
An organization that represents the interests of cooperative housing associations and seeks to influence legislation in accordance with those interests
Represented on various boards, networks, and committees, including the Building Damage Fund for Subsidized Construction and the Building Damage Fund for Urban Renewal
